Frank Rumbauskas is a Lithuanian-American author, businessman, and satirist. Rumbauskas has written several books including ''Never Cold Call Again: Achieve Sales Greatness Without Cold Calling'', which made the New York Times Best Seller list,〔(The New York Times, July 2, 2006, Paperback Business Best Sellers )〕 and he speaks and consults in the areas of marketing and sales.
